Dubuque Driving Academy has the solution - Alive @ 25, a defensive driving program for teens ages 15-25. The course focuses on the consequences of each person's decisions when they're behind the wheel. This program is provided by the National Safety Council, which our instructors are certified to teach. Alive @ 25 is a 3 -hour program. The cost is $60.00 to attend. No refunds. At the end of attending, a certificate of completion will be awarded. If you live in DBQ County; Cost is Free provided by the IA Governor’s Traffic & Safety Bureau.
